Instruction of manufacture process：
Before materials are put into the furnace for melting, they will be classified carefully.
During melting, several times analysis and inspection will be made to assure the quality of aluminum liquid.
After the aluminum liquids meet the standard, cooling for a moment then cast into aluminum ingots.
Automatic process will be executed after casting into aluminum ingots, they are: molding, cooling, weighing, packing and tagging. After this, aluminum alloy ingots are ready to deliver to our clients.
